Always carry with you the ticket, where you can consult ALLIANZ contact details and your policy number.
If you are traveling along Europe, get the "European Health Card" - TSE in your Social Security Office.

How to use your insurance policy?

For any questions, please contact our Call Center at 902 402 440 or at www.allianz-assistance.es. In the event of an accident, notify AGA INTERNATIONAL:

- For Assistance-Repatriation coverage, 902 21 31 00 from Spain and 34 91 452 29 14 from abroad 24 hours.
- For the Luggage assurance, contact through the web www.allianz-assistance.es, by email: siniestros@allianz-assistance.es or by telephone 902 34 56 71 or 91 452 29 84 within the period of 7 days.
